Delightful large double rooms with en-suite shower rooms. These rooms are situated on the 2nd floor. The room can sleep up to 2 adults, however an additional child can be accommodated with a sofa bed or cot.

Smaller double rooms with full en-suite facilities. These rooms are more fitting for solo travellers and short stay couples on a budget. These rooms are situated on the 3rd floor and have a number of steps up to the rooms, with the last flight being quite steep. Help with luggage to and from these rooms is always at hand, as we do not have a lift. The bed is only accessible from one side. Extra beds/cots are not possible in this room type.

Check in is from 3.00pm until 10.00pm. Late arrivals can be arranged in advance. Please contact us on 01271 342954.
Checkout is 10.30am.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If the booking is then cancelled or modified after this date the whole booking is then fully chargeable. No-shows are also fully chargeable.
Large booking deposits are non-refundable.
